Rebuilt Volvo D13 cylinder head

Core deposit and inspection
Head: $3,000. Refundable core deposit: $1,500. Total before shipping and applicable tax: $4,500.
The core deposit is refunded after your returned head is inspected and accepted as a suitable rebuildable core. Please send photos and the casting number before shipping a damaged core.
Cracks, valve-impact damage, damaged valve seats, missing material and previous machining are evaluated individually. If the core needs additional repair or cannot be accepted, we will explain the inspection findings and discuss any proposed deduction or additional charge before proceeding. Return timing and shipping arrangements must be confirmed before purchase.
Machine shop services
Our cylinder head services include pressure testing, resurfacing, valve seat and guide work, and valve reconditioning. Inspection determines the required work and replacement components. Vehicle installation is not included.
1-year limited warranty
Includes a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in our rebuilding workmanship and components supplied as part of the rebuild.
Damage caused by overheating, loss of coolant, operation with insufficient coolant, cooling-system failure, improper installation or misuse is not covered. These exclusions apply to damage caused by those conditions; a crack by itself does not establish the cause of failure.
If a problem occurs, stop operating the engine and contact PPPTR promptly. Please preserve the head and affected parts for inspection. Provide your invoice, installation information, a description of the failure, photos and any available diagnostic or temperature records. Contact us before further repair or machining so the evidence can be documented.
Warranty claims are evaluated through inspection and available supporting evidence. We will explain the findings and the proposed resolution. Request the complete written warranty terms before purchase.
