Please review these terms before ordering cylinder heads, transmissions or parts from PPPTR Multi-Service.
Buyer selection errors and changes of mind
The buyer is responsible for the part number, size, specifications and application selected when placing an order. If PPPTR supplies the correct, non-defective item as ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges because the buyer selected the wrong item or size, no longer needs it or changed their mind. This applies even if the item is unused or unopened.
If PPPTR makes an error
If we send an item different from the confirmed order, or incorrectly confirm compatibility based on accurate information supplied by you, contact us so we can review and correct our error. Please provide your order number, the part number, photos and the relevant order correspondence. We will confirm the appropriate correction and any return arrangements with you.
Defective products and warranty claims
Defect reports and warranty claims are reviewed separately from buyer-selection errors. Contact PPPTR with your order details and a description of the issue. The warranty coverage and exclusions stated for the specific product apply. This policy does not replace those warranty terms or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Core exchanges and core deposits
Returning your old cylinder head or transmission as a core is separate from returning a purchased product. Core eligibility, inspection, deadlines and deposit refunds follow the terms on the specific product page and your confirmed order. Contact us before sending a core.
Contact us before sending anything back
Call 215-970-6928 to discuss an order error, defect, warranty issue or core exchange and confirm the return instructions. Please do not send a product or core without first confirming the arrangements with PPPTR.
