Orders and customer inquiries
Checkout collects your name, email address, billing address, telephone number, order details and any optional company information or notes you provide. These details support order processing, payment, tax calculation and communication about your order. When you contact us about fitment, rebuilding, warranty coverage or a core exchange, you may also provide part numbers, component photos and related correspondence.
Payments and service providers
Card payments use Stripe. Information needed to process and support a payment, including the transaction amount and billing information, is shared with the payment provider. Other payment services you choose have their own privacy practices. Website hosting, store administration, email and tax services also process information needed to provide those functions.
Please review Stripe’s privacy policy for its handling of payment information. Do not include card numbers or security codes in order notes, product reviews or ordinary correspondence.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for shopping-cart sessions, account sign-in and payment functions. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are installed to measure website visits and interactions. These services may receive device, browser, page-view and interaction information. See Google’s privacy policy.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect the cart, sign-in or checkout.
Product reviews
If you submit a product review, the form collects the name, email address, rating and review you enter. Approved reviews and the reviewer’s display name can appear publicly. Do not include private information in a review.
Stored records and requests
Order and customer records are stored in the shop’s systems and can be accessed by authorized store administrators. Order, payment, warranty and core-exchange records may need to be retained for administration, disputes, accounting or legal obligations. Contact us to ask about your records or request access, a correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity; some records may need to be retained.
